On Sunday, May 17th, foster families around the state gathered for a special luncheon at the Governor’s House in Annapolis. First Lady, Katherine O’Malley held a luncheon honoring foster parents throughout the state who were nominated in their jurisdiction as Foster Families of the Year. Members of the MFPA recently returned from the annual training conference of the National Foster Parent Association. This year the training was located in Reno, Nevada.
